Early Termination

Hi,

 

i need to terminate my homehub contract early as I am relocating from the country.

 

can someone advise how I do this and if there is any penalty charge.

 

I have been in my contract since March 2016.

I am behind with one payment as I am having trouble with my internet
banking which should be resolved today (new phone number).

I want the services to stop as at 3rd October.

Hi,

I am will b unable to be at home for the uplift of my equipment , I will be at work all day.

Would I be able to hand in the equipment into the starthub shop on 3rd October ?

As for termination charge, will I be billed thereafter ?
