Worst Experience with Starhub - Nokia Mesh

No one is able to help me resolve my VPN connection issue with this new router Nokia Beacon. IT from starhub cannot help and ask me to go to Nokia. Nokia tried and nothing works also and causing me so much issue while working from home. 

If Nokia support team cannot help this kind of issue, Starhub should never partner with them to promote Beacon to consumer. Who can help us on this? This is really unacceptable when your team cannot help us on this. 

I would ask all customer who intending to do a recontract to upgrade your wifi, think twice especially if you work from home with VPN connection. No one can help you and your company IT will not be able to help you too as it is the router issue.
