wireless@sgx connection issue using sim

HI,

I am a starhub mobile user and following the instructions on IDA website in choosing SIM for the EAP method.
I am not able to connect to the wireless@SGX

I have tried calling 68732828 3 times; each time 20+mins but no one attend to me.
Emailed since 5 Sept, no one contact me.

What kind of service is this?

Can Starhub waive my call to 68732828 for more than 60mins since no one attended to me?

i had the same problem in logging into wireless@sgx.  AFter successfully registering my phone no and several successful log ins, it no longer able to connect with wireless@sgx.  error with account.
