Refund from bill error
During earlier last year, starhub send me wrong bill that over-charge me for around 4-6 months. I didn't notice and I already paid them. When I called the customer service, he told me that I will get those back within a few months. During my visit to start hub customer service center, I also asked again and he confirm that the system already shows about that. But, I didn't receive about that refund yet. Anyone knows around when I can get those back? Thanks.
