I got the below error when I submit my reward redemption
"Sorry,We are unable to process your request.Please try again.."
Re-tried a few times but still got the same error message.
I tried many time for the redemption and it hang all the time. Some how it also deduct my point for a redepmtion without sending eVoucher. This is not rightful!
Today, I tried to login but not successful. The system is not working!
Please look into this and send me the eVoucher which you have dedcuted my point!
How can we improve?
