rewards redeem

i cannot recieve the softcopy of my redeem rewards which was send to the email that was registered with starhub no longer exist. please assist thanks

i have redeem th crowne plaza lounge 1-1 afternoon tea but yet to recieve
any redeem vouchers. please check my redeem records
