Process for cancelling homehub or downgrading to fibre only.
hi, my family have been happy subscriber of homehub for a few years now.
unfortunately, since it appears that the home hub discounts might not continue from 2019 onwards(link), i might have to cancel my subscription or downgrade to fibre only.
may i know what are the steps i will need to take and the costs involved. Also, when downgrading to fibre only do i have to pay cancellation for the homehub and then again pay the activation fees for the fibre?
