Problem with Starhub digital voice home line
My home phone line has been giving problem for the past few weeks. I have a Homehub plan with digital voice.
When I receive a call or make a call to/from my home line, most of the times the first call attempt fails.
After the call is established, either the calling party cannot hear my voice or I cannot hear their voice. Once the call is disconnected manually and a call is made the second time, then the phone conversation is normal and as expected.
I have verified this with 2 other Starhub customers and they have acknowledged and confirmed that they are facing the same problem.
I request Starhub to look into this issue immediately and resolve this ASAP.
