Hi there WK, and the rest...

If on your existing contract, if you have taken an iPhone/iPad (basically any Apple product) then your Early Recontract Fees (ERF) will be $300. As Hub Club member, you're entitled to yearly ERF waiver of $200 only. Hence you still need to pay $100 ERF upon recontract.

Non-Apple device contract ERF is $200. Yearly ERF waiver will waive that off = $0 ERF.

Any more queries? Smiley Happy

Warmest regards,
Jeff.

Hi castanst

Are you doing an early re-contract under the Hub Club Annual Handset Upgrade benefit?

For hubclub, after 1 year, no need to pay early recontract fee, regardless of the brand of your phone..

In your situation now, it's ok, but if you had an iPhone, you'd still have to pay some fee as the waiver is only for $200 and I think iPhone is $300/$350?

Starhub CS, care to give us more insight?

Thanks!
