HomeHub1000 - not activated after 1 month.....1GPS optic connection for show only
I had the optic connection set up on 25 June. Now, 1 month and 3 calls (everytime with a 24 hour callback) later, I am looking at the Optic Wireless Modem and wondering why I have it up?
What is wrong with the direct sales team in charge of activating accounts? The frontline takes the call from customers, the team takes the brunt of the frustrations of customers, while the other team sit at the back and do nothing?
This is only one issue. My other issue is with corporate mobile account.....wonder why the backend of Starhub does not match up with the Excellent advertising. Even the team that receives the calls are polite and do try to resolve issues.
