HomeHub 1000 - early recontract fee wavier

Hi Starhub,

 

If I transfer my existing homehub 200 to a new owner in the same household and the new owner recontracted with homehub 1000, will the early recontract fee wavier for mobile take place immediately for the new owner?

2 Scenario.

 

1.  New Sign-up.

After the transfer of ownership, the new owner must sign-up as new contract on both Broadband and TV services.

When both Broadband and TV services is installed, this is where contract start date.

For Annual Handset Upgrade, the mobile contract must be completed 12 months of the contract.

 

2.  Recontract &or Moving to another location.

This depend on the existing contract.

 

 

 

Do note that this may depend on the new owner.
