Digital Home line number porting
If I want to cancel HomeHub service after my contract is fulfilled
1. Can I cancel all the services except digital home line to facilitate number porting to another service provider?
2. Can I return the ONT and STB and request to keep my existing number active?
3. Should I keep the ONT to keep my digital home line active?

Hi,
Why don't do the porting of home line first, if you intend to subscribe to other ISP.
This is to save any conversion charges and any other delay cause.
Also to have continuous internet access without much delay.
Basically Starhub only use ONT for sign-up with Fibre Broadband.
Even those who intend to take only IPTV are have to subscribe to Fibre Broadband, as one of the main condition.
Hence without Fibre Broadband would means the ONT no longer available.
But there are other ways to have home line without ONT.
Refer to the link for more info and the charges.
> Digital Voice Home Phone Line
Likely you would be supplied with Voice-enabled Cable Modem (VeCM) via coaxial cable point.
i am not starhub staff.
