Denial of Hub Club Go member

Hi, can i check why was i deny hub club go member. I am an existing Hub club member before I terminated my Tv+ and has an existing of 2 mobile lines and broadband under the same account and billing address. Was told by Starhub customer service via phone that Starhub needs to evaluate and may take months to confirm my hub club go member. On the other hand, was informed by the salesperson at Starhub Nex that i am still eligible for the hub club go member as long as i have 2 mobile lines and broadband as mentioned above. Please kindly clarify. Thanks

Hi @Jesang, let me share that to be eligible for a Hub Club Go membership you either need 2 Mobile lines + Broadband or Mobile + TV + Broadband. Have you tried to check your Hub Club Go upgrade status via My StarHub App
