Appointment no show

HI I sign up homehub 1000 at causeway point shopping center branch and was told by the sale person that an appointment was set on 09/06/2016 9am-11am for he team to come set up everything but I waited and waited no show.call 1633 say that was no appointment made. What the **bleep** is starhub sale team doing.**bleep**ing dissapointed. Customers service sat some1 from sale team will call back but still waiting.Must i go down to the vranch and knock some sense into the sale person?
