Unable to access account manager

i am not able to access the account manager for viewing bills and modify services.

 

anyone can help?

I am facing the same issue too. Below is the error messages I get when I click on manage my account from 3 different browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome). I have cleared my cookies but to no avail. Please lend your advice. Thanks.

 

Using Edge:

Hmmm...can’t reach this page

Try this

 

Using Firefox:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

 

Using Google Chrome:

This page isn’t working

secure.starhub.com redirected you too many times.

Not too sure what changed but the issue has resolved by itself. I am able to access my account manager now. Thanks.

I have exactly the same issue, I cannot open this page after login.

 

https://secure.starhub.com/myaccountmgr/login

 

This is happended when I click the line My Account or Manage My Account.

 

I have tried Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge all browsers, try different PC, different internet connections, all are not working.

Actually I still can access last week to add a subscribtion, and yesterday and today it not not accessible

Hi @airconlin, please try to clear the cache and cookies of the web browser you're using to see if the issue persists. Moreover, you may also opt to manage your StarHub services via My StarHub App for more convenience.
