HUB ID Upgrade - Unable to link NRIC to Starhub account

Hi,

I apply for SIM only plan (no contract) on 26 May 2020 & arrange for delivery on 30 May 2020.

 

Now, I'm having issue to link my Hub ID to the starhub account.

My Hub ID and password is working and after logging with my Hub ID, it ask me to upgrade my Hub ID to link my starhub account.

 

After keying in the NRIC to verify, it states " The NRIC/FIN provided does not belong to a valid customer" Why is it so when I have received the official sales confirmation via email? I called the Customer service but not getting any solution.

 

Please help to rectify as I'll like to setup recurring payment via credit card.
