Hub ID Upgrade - Unable to link FIN to StarHub account

HI

I'm unable to link my Hub ID with my FIN.

It always shows an error

"The NRIC / FIN you provided already exists in the system. Please enter new one."

Please assist.

Your Hub iD is currently not linked to any StarHub Account. Link and upgrade your Hub iD now!

Hello 

 

I have the same issue as above. When I try to set up a hub ID and key in my NRIC, it says that my NRIC is not available and is already logged in the system. Please help
