Hi under my HUB account could not find my account details, like view bill, etc. Before I used to view it.

I've just checked my Account Manager and don't see any issues with it.

May I see a screenshot or description of what you're seeing (or lack thereof)?

Hmm, strange indeed! Looks like your Hub iD has been unpaired from your accounts.

Looks like someone from the StarHub Team will have to get back to you on that.
