Will you unbox and check when you receive a new handset at door step?
I have re-contract and buy a new handset online.
After received and used, found a crack line the next day.
After many rounds liaise with Starhub Care Consultant, they are concluded that I have failed to check the handset on the spot.
Thus, my advise to all, please unbox and check the new handset before the deliveryman go.
