Hi, I'm interested to get this handset too. Heard from friend working in other telco that the s4 mini (non-cam) will be releasing next week or real soon, so please advice when will it be out. Looking forward to recontract with Starhub. Thanks.

comfirm can buy without contract?? because usually all this non cam phones need to sign line.. i am not interested to sign line as my existing line still got 1 year+ to go .. but i am interested to pay full retail price for it (698sgd last checked)
