I opted to be notified when the PINK samsung S7 is in stock. When i got the email, i went online to recontract my existing line. Mid process, this showed up, "Sorry, selected device Galaxy S7 4G+ cannot be reserved in inventory. Kindly help to choose another device"

if i dont put in in cart how else am i suppose to place an order?

Online webstore may not be Starhub shops.
Only Starhub shops is Starhub.
Online webstore is just like exclusive shops.

Hi @Athula Sampath, sorry to hear about this. Are you using a postpaid or prepaid line? Please try to reboot your handset and insert your sim card in another handset to see if the issue persists.
