Unable to do series recording

 

 

Hi

 

My starhub set up box has always worked fine, and one of the features I appreciate is to be able to record programs when I can't catch them in time.

 

Recently I have program a series recording for a Channel 8 series, but it will only record the show form Monday to Thursday, and there is no epside recorded for Friday.

Any idea how I can fix this problem? It has occured for 2 weeks.

 

I have cleared the memory to ensure I have space to record, but it is still not done.

Any one encountered the same problem?

 

Appreciate help in advance!

Which programme are you referring to? Are other programmes working fine?

HI, I also have a similar problem as shown on the screenshot below.

 the serie recording option below the folder is missing or no longer there.

pls help to check what is the reason.

From what I see, is not presented as a series. That's why you are unable to do series recording for this programme.

It seems like the local TV channels has the option for series recording.

 

I wanted to record some of the tv programmes under Hello Japan.

example the tv programme called: Pet Wonderland this is shown on every monday 10pm to 11pm.

but it is not available as serie recording. may i know what is the reason? Thanks.

This depends on whether the programme is indicated as series or recurring programmes.
