StarHub TV+ failed to parse http response

One of the two units in my house have been having this issue. Tried to log into hub ID but it gives “Failed to parse http response” error. While the other one works fine.

This is the third unit I’ve went down to StarHub and changed but it’s still not working. I’ve tried calling 1633 multiple times but the technician weren’t of much help, all they could tell me is that they’re working on it, and they’ve been working on it for the past week already.

Hi @jamesong2233, sorry to hear about this. Just to check, have you tried to reboot both your ONT and set-top box to see if the issue persists?

Hi @Vino @Karate3939 sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, have you tried to reboot both your ONT and set-top box to see if the issue persists?

I tried many times and issue still persisted.

that said, yesterday, I suddenly could successfully log-in (not sure what made it possible though, happened independent of the reboot).
