STARHUB SMART SUPPORT

It's totally a useless service. Don't fall into this service. 

For my case, i made and request for replacement and made full payment. But they keep delaying and said no stock.

After so many rounds of chatting with the supporting agent, the result is still the same. No stock and they keep saying that checking on the stock and get back asap. No clear deadline or date has been said.

In the end, after a week of the long wait. I felt that it's like a scam service. So I decided to terminate and go buy myself a preowned phone for a replacement.

TOTALLY WASTED TIME AND MONEY! SMART SUPPORT!
