Starhub fiber tv all channel distorted

Fiber tv activated yesterday was ok since today 4pm all channel not watchable distorted. After few times of modem and tv box reset same issue. Nothing wrong with internet access, very dissapointed as read the forum seems like i am not alone. No issue with cable change to fiber 2nd day can not watch already. I saw others post on FB saving problem since yesterday. Dont ask me reset modem or whatever, wont complaint before i done all the reset stuff.
