StarHub+ Android box goes to sleep?

Despite not enabling the sleep setting, it seem the box does 'goes to sleep' after a certain time. I am using IR emitter as the box is too far to use the included Bluetooth remote control.

Is there a IR discrete command for 'on' and 'off' instead of using the toggle from reading the emitted IR signal from the remote control.

Hi @raylohsg, if you have been viewing Live TV continuously for 5 hours without any button press on the remote control, the StarHub TV+ Box will prompt you to check if you are watching. Simply press the OK button to dismiss the pop-up.

this doesn’t solve my problem. because i keep the box always on and uses a HDMI switch connecting multiple sources to one TV, i need it to show the home screen (without any button press) when i switch over to the StarHub+ box.

Can you help check with the engineering team if it has discrete IR commands for on and off pls.
