Signal not available
Hi
I have been facing signal
Not available on the hd settop box since yesterday night. Understand there is some service disruption @ tanjong pagar area. Issit still on going?! I'm very frustrated now as first i an having problem with my fibre broadband n now the tv! FYI - I have tried to on/off the set top box n main power as I was always told to so whenever I called for technical assistance. And the Settop box was just Changed recently .

I am having the same problem at 7:50pm. I tried to turn on and off the box many times. What happen?

Have you tried tightening the cable? Remember to switch off the power before doing so.
