Ridiculous Bill On Cable TV

Hi Kai Boon,

 

Remember Me? Yup me again. this time diff problem. Same as usual, SH always give a problem and we

need to solve our own.

 

i received my bill on 11/12/2013 and guess what..? SH bill me S$960.25.

This is due to early termination and loss/damage of hubstation.

MY GOD..! my kids still watching their cartoon network everyday and my wife watch her fav. drama

series everyday and my hubstation is station on the selves that out of reach of children.

How come SH charge me all this... What are SH doing.. huh..?

 

I went to customer service Tampines Mall on 12/12/2013, 1545 hrs and my queue number is D2001.

 

She told me this is an error and told me to wait for my next bill. I can ignored this letter.

IGNORED..? i learn my lesson on SH.. there's no ignored...

 

Till now i felt uneasy and try to call billing dept this morning @ 0815 hrs.

The operator too say this is an error and told me to wait for my next bill.

 

Next bill huh..? c'mon lah SH, my next bill will end up, Dec & Jan plus Dec late payment, right?

I'm not gonna wait for my next bill and not gonna pay my late payment.

I told my wife to ignore and just pay as per monthly contract.

 

Now, can u pls explain to me on this..?

 

Previous problem just been solve by my own effort due to SH careless & fool mistake.

And now what..?

 

Can u give me in written that SH make mistake...? i don't trust your verbally sweet talk..

I learnt my very lesson well...

Hi Azaman,
My 1st incident was I'm too patience.. That's why SH step my head and asked me too play their game.
The game I played is to cover their fool ass stupid mistake.
Now you want me to be patience and wait for my next bill..?
This time not on my watch..
It will end up, I be the victim and they will force me to pay
double Dec & Jan plus late payment.. Smart rite..
I can be fool once but not twice...
"There always solution..?" You must be kiddin'..
Not with SH bro, not with SH...
