Request for Re-contract voucher


My contract with star-hub is already able to re-contract and I am looking for a re-contract voucher which star-hub has usually sent me for the past years automatically but seems to be absent this year.
Can I understand that since new customer to star-hub can get at least $200 voucher off on handset, should mean to us as well, as we are existing customer should get more than $200 right? Since i am a loyal customer to star-hub for more than 10 years.
