Pixelation plus plus

Hi, Since the big rainstorm yesterday (26.4.14) I have been experiencing tremendous problems with the cable TV quality of picture. Every channel is seeing pixelation, sound distortion and accompanied by frequent pop up messages saying that the Smart Card is wrongly inserted (despite being untouched).

I tried switching the set top box off a couple of time but to no avail.

I also tried calling Starhub technical support. I have no idea if they could help me as I decided 18 minutes of being told that someone will be attending to me shortly was not quite the truth and hung up on the queue.

I'm now resorting to this site. Can you assist please. Thanks.

Hello hello anyone from Starhub there???

24 hours later and I've landed in the infamous Starhub Bermuda Triangle where subscribers are coaxed to join up but never helped out after that!

You guys are just way too busy doing pricing upgrades I guess.

Help!!

Yup did that too.

The Starhub technician came by and had to change the box. Sadly so as I had grown comfortable with the old clunky one. Now I have to reconnect all the personal equipment and as I'm a tech moron, you may more than likely be hearing from me again.

Anyway, thanks for getting back to see how I was coping.
