Online delivery not delivered

I pre ordered the iPhone 12 pro max and it was supposed to be delivered today on 13 nov 2020 at 11am to 1pm and i have not gotten my phone or even any updates if they’re delivering today or even any tracking for my order. I have specifically taken my off day from work today to collect my phone and i need updates on my delivery status. My starhub app shows that there is no appointments due today for the delivery. How can i get any updates on my delivery status?

I have been on the phone waiting for starhub to assist me for 40mins still no one pick up, i also ordered iphone 12 pro max! Asking me to provide bank account proof of purchase even they sent email acknowledgement order! Terrible service!!!! I REGRET BUYING AND WANT REFUND!!!!!
