No Signal

Dear StarHub customer service.


For the last month I have been having highly unstable and/or No signal on my starhub cable. There is no issues with the television as I can use it for other purposes. Cabling is not lose. Have checked numerous time. Could it be issues with the cable box itself? Please advise what can be done.

I belive you have checked both cables behind the set-up box and the main wall source are connected properly and the cables pins arent damaged. And Im sure you have switch off and on the box multiple times.


I guess the next step is to request for an exchange. You have to bring the box to the nearest SH shops for a swap but please be informed that the queues might be long esp on weekends.
