New iPhone got problem

I just got my new iphone 11 last than an hour ago n it got some problem with the phone. I call 1633 an they say they can't do anything about it ask me to go find Apple service center. If the phone is afew day old I have nothing to say but it less than an hour n u as my service provider cannot do anything about it. I find that StarHub service is getting from bad to worst

Hi @philippppe, sorry to hear about this. What's the issue with your new iPhone? Did you try to contact Apple Service Centre as what the Customer Care Support told you?

When i got the phone the delivery men just tell me to on the phone if the
phone is switch on mean the phone is ok is that the way to check the phone.
>From what i know to check the phone i need to put in the sim card to test
the phone but before i can do that he already ask my mom to sign n left do
u think that the right way of doing thing. I have been with starhub for a
very long time is that the way starhub treat your customer n your 1633
customer service is very bad n the waiting time from them is very long if
the customer is already unhappy about it do u find that waiting will make
him even more angry so u cant blame us for getting angry n rude

Yes, that's true the delivery man should have checked the device and activate it to ensure that it is in good condition. As what have you said your iPhone has an issue, with that being said, we need to refer you to our Customer Care Support Team on Facebook or Twitter so that we can log a case regarding your concern.
