I am moving. I need to terminate my broadband, TV (2 TVs) and phone service. WHat do I need to do?

Hi @QGAL, we're sorry to hear about your termination query. To terminate your broadband and TV service, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:
Fibre Broadband- Optical Network Terminal- Fibre Patch Cord- UTP Cable- Power Adaptor
- Set-Top Box
- Power Code/Adapter for Set-Top Box
- Remote Control
The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Do note that you'll incur early termination charges if you're still under contract.
For mobile service, please reach out to our Customer Service team via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below. The termination is immediate and you will no longer be able to use the service upon successful termination.
