Help Needed - Error Code 2001

It all started from 14th Sept 2020 afternoon when my TV have been receiving bad glitchy broadcast from all channels.

This has kept happening till the night even after updating the firmware of the set box and multiple switching the whole devices on/off.

Today 15th Sept 2020 morning, i was brought to attention the error message on screen of - Error Code 2001.

I've tried tightly connect my cables (tbh i wouldn't know what is considered tight on my cables - a visual instruction would be good).

I've even tried switching on/off my devices.

 

Please help.

Hi @Lokman, sorry to hear about this. Have you tried to reboot both your ONT and set-top box to see if the issue persists? Please power off all equipment and power on one by one in the following order starting from the Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
