Fibre TV Samsung set up box unresponsive to remote
Started a new subscription few months ago. The FibreTV set-top box has been acting up intermittently since. Will refuse to respond to the remote control after sometime. But after rebooting the device, the remote control will work again, but after a while, it will fail to respond again.

Hi @leoni, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your set-top box. Just to check, have you tried to change the batteries of your remote to check if it's faulty?
