Useless forum website, too.
Nothing but problems since change from Cable to Fibre. Constant signal interruptions causing flickering of picture and sound. A nightmare to get StarHub to respond. Technicians visted twice, problem persists.
This is evidently a major issue that StarHub do not want to admit, so they make it necessary to go through the same charade again and again. Meanwhile I continue to pay for a woeful, substandard service.
