Complimentary Hubstation Problem
Good day. I am having problems with setting up Hubstation. I am newly subscribed on Maxonline ultimate and a complimentary hubstation was provided to us. Problem is that we only have one cable point.
We have Cisco DPC3925 cable modem and Hubstation. I bought a splliter on a store and have tried installing it. Cable modem is working fine and great speed but th Hubstation displays "Network Lost. Please check your connection on set top box........."
Have tried switching the cables used and the connection points from the splitter but still the problem exist on hubstation.
I would appreciate your kind assistance on this.
