Complaint for non delivery of device

I was scheduled for my hp delivery between 4-6pm today, it’s almost 7pm and I have not received anything yet!

I would have appreciated if I have at least received a phone call from StarHub to let me know what’s happening instead of making me wait for 3 hours for nothing
