Cancelling online order

I made an online purchase but Starhub keeps saying that Clause 2.9 states that i can't change the order once submitted. An Apple watch SE and S6 look the same to me on the page. I can't use SE as i wanted S6 for the ECG feature to monitor my health as i've got health issues. Why this roadblock? Its before the delivery date and yet it causes me so much stress that i can't change due to a mistake. Is there really no solution to this?

Hi @user_c129fe, I'm sorry to hear about your current situation. Unfortunately, cancellation is not allowed once the order has been submitted.

@Carla_P  This seems like a standard reply across. I understand this. Its highly regrettable that Starhub doesn't help customers whom truly seek genuine help. The problem is transferred back to us and customer is left helpless when we get such replies. After my 2 years end i'm NOT coming back to Starhub again. Thanks
