Cancellation of online order

Recently I had make an order online and I had key my name wrongly so I intended to make a new order but your online app keep showing ( empty my cart ) but when I go to my cart there is totally nothing in it . I tried the clear my cart it still show empty my cart . Can someone help me in this matter . My order number < removed private information >.
