CA276 Remote Control

Hi,

 

I have been unable to control the HubStation set top box using the CA276 remote control. I have changed batteries and rebooted the set top box. There still a blue light when I press the buttons on my remote but no input received by the set top box. May I know if I can just walk-in to the StarHub Centre at VivoCty with the remote control for an exchange?

Hi @Calrad, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! Since changing the battery does not work and your remote is still not functioning, you may visit any StarHub main shops (Plaza Singapura, Nex, Tampines Mall, & Jurong Point) to exchange your faulty remote.
