Starhub needs more of such!

To Whom This May Concern,

 

I would like to compliment your staff KaiBoon for providing excellent service. I was a customer floating away as i felt Starhub already lost their personal touch to customers. But he held me back, he is very truthful, helpful and most importantly able to find solutions to problems.

 

Hope Starhub will reward him for his exceptional qualities.
