Your Call Agent, Kichi, just answered to my call & provided a suck service. He merely just follow the script and not solving my request. Even when I requested him to transfer the call to his team manager, he took so long to return and again not solving the problem.
When I ask him why the call wasn't been transferred, his explanation was that the team manager is on-line and will only able to return call 24-HOUR later!!!!!
That is not the kind of service standard one of the 3 telecos in Singapore should have!!!!
