I would like to compliment one of your customer service representative who goes by the name of Atikah/Atiqah (not sure which is the actual spelling). She picked up my call to 1633 a couple of days ago. I was upset about some charges that was mistakenly deducted from my prepaid account but she was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and tried to explain things to me. Although at the end of the call, I was told that Starhub could not give me a full refund for the charges that I did not incur, she was very sympathetic and apologetic despite it not being her fault. I hope her good performance would be acknowledged and rewarded accordingly Smiley Happy
