Unable to watch local channels

I have been encountering this same issue of glitching on the screens and unable to watch local channels.  This is getting really frustrating and calling 1633 is getting me nowhere. This morning the entire starhub broadband is down as well.  Something is really not right. I am reaching out via messaging but was told that someone senior will assist... but as of now no updates.

Hi @Alicelow72, I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with your TV+ and broadband service. Just to check, have you tried to reboot all your equipment to see if the issue persists?

Are you using the Nokia Smart Wifi? It's time for you to change and pay $288x2 units for the new mesh wifi... 

Of cos, new signups are getting them for free, but you will have to pay even if you re-contract as an existing customer... it's only $288x2 I believe Starhub clients can afford that
