Unable to watch Hbo on demand

Anyone experiences issue on hbo on demand?

I subscribe hbo pak via TV, able to watch all hbo channels except hbo on demand 602. Keep asking me to select subscribtiob then wait 30mins for update. After 30mins, the same process repeating again.

Called tech support everyday, this day still noone rectify and provide solution. 

So how? Can someone here support?

You can private message me for account details. 

Basically, can I say phone tech and community is unable to resolve it?

Alternatively, could you assist to refund and cancel subscription, since no resolution provided?

Okay so I actually can't get any support at community.

Just did msg fb,but got this. Seems no different as I get tech support from phone 1633.

Can please provide me a way to get refund instead?

I have tried reboot TV box, on off TV box, factory reset TV box.
