Transferring Existing Netflix Account to Starhub


We had an existing Netflix account and recently recontracted to StarHub plan that includes a Netflix subscription. What is the process of ensuring that we don’t get charged by Netflix for monthly subscriptions since we are now under StarHub? Do we contact StarHub or Netflix? Should we cancel the Netflix account???

Hi @peachtart, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! We highly advise that you link your existing Netflix account during the Netflix activation process. After your account has been linked to HomeHub+ subscription, Netflix will no longer charge you based on your prior payment method (e.g. credit card) from the next billing cycle. Please refer to this self-help article on how to link your existing Netflix account to your HomeHub+ subscription
