Terminate TV and Broadband

My current contract ends on 25 Jan 2021. When is the earliest I can terminate TV and fibre broadband services without incurring charges? How do I proceed (in light

of the covid situation now)?

Hi @Peckls, we're sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue your service with us. To terminate your broadband and TV services, please bring the following equipment listed below to any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall.


Fibre Broadband
- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor



- Set-Top Box

- Power Code/Adapter for Set-Top Box

- Remote Control


The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Please note if you have an existing contract that you'll incur an early termination charge. To avoid incurring the charge, I highly suggest that you terminate your contract after it expires. Thank you.
