Issues with retrieving local channels on Starhub TV+

Hello, Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening! I would like to report a problem about my new Starhub TV+. Amongst all the live TV channels, all the local channels (Channel 5, Suria, Channel 8, Channel News Asia etc.) were not watchable ever since I switched from Fibre TV to Starhub TV+. It would not be watchable when I selected the channel number. On top of the channel display, there would be 'FIBRE TV' phrase. I would like to know what I could do to solve this situation? How am I able to watch the channels? A fast response would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi @StuffyHam, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. please be informed to enjoy free-to-air channels, you will need the StarHub TV+ Box connected to a StarHub Smart WiFi router or Linksys router model, EA7500v2 or EA8100 with a StarHub Broadband.

I have a similar problem and Starhub support was not able to fix it, I reset the router (factory reset) and it worked
